A pragmatic journey. Reshaping Pakistan's logistics.

The disconnect between Pakistan's freight and logistics sector has been affecting the country alarmingly. The more we deny the strain it has on us, the more it's going to distress us. Transroads began as an initiative to simplify affairs. It aimed to bridge the gap between fleet owners and truck owners with individuals or companies who were looking to transport goods.

Customers had to battle their way through to find a carrier. This tedious process was manual and it required people of concern to be physically present at a loading station. This is where O3 Interfaces and Transroads shook hands to alleviate exhaustion.

Tell you what, we're not talking about amazon-sized packages. We're talking about large items. There's so much struggle when it comes to moving furniture and things that don't fit in pickup trucks. Pakistan is not well-accommodated with the idea of logistics within the city. Transroads wanted to change the narrative.

Together, we developed a backend platform for registration and tracking of drivers. In addition to that, our interfaces are simple and easy-to-understand by both drivers and customers. This allows drivers who are not well-equipped with technology to easily learn how to function the app. Speaking of technology, we understand not all drivers have smartphones. So, we catered to drivers with feature phones. This would enable anyone with a phone to utilize this service.

To achieve customer satisfaction, we created a platform tailored to user-experience. Design coupled with technology was the perfect fit for our quest.

Recruiting drivers and fleet owners

When we recruit drivers, we follow strict protocols to ensure their credibility. Our values are based on customer safety, integrity, and ensuring procedures are followed.

Driver availability & Request management

With this feature, drivers can conveniently inform of their availability and they don't have to wait for long hours at loading zones to pick customers.

Booking and communication

Booking is the bridge between customers and drivers. The app is designed to accommodate in-app communication, consequently reducing misunderstandings.

Tracking and management

As the driver or consumer, you can track your bookings on the spot. Straight-forwardness saves both parties time and gives them control of their role in this journey.

Our vision was simple: the basics. If we were to use this app, how would we have wanted it to function? Self-explanatory graphics and notifications in real-time would've been ideal. So, we gave that to you.
